You want to travel safely to Israel and are overwhelmed by the regulations? First off – Israel is very safe. We have been on the forefront of setting covid policy. And there is no reason to be overwhelmed. We are here to help.
How to prepare yourself to travel to Israel in 4 easy steps.
- Complete Israel’s online attestation form within 48 hours of departure to Israel and print it show at the airport
- Provide digital proof of a negative antigen test (must be taken 24 hours or less prior to departure) – which can be arranged at most CVS or Walgreens) upon check in. Alternatively a negative PCR test taken 72 hours or less prior to departure is acceptable.
- Preregister online for your PCR test at this link. Upon landing at Ben Gurion airport, you will be directed to take a PCR test at the airport and then quarantine in your hotel until you receive your negative result. This generally takes anywhere from 6 – 24 hours. Fast track PCR testing is also available for preregistration online as well.
- Purchase covid travel insurance for your stay in Israel. For 1 – 4 people cost is $8.20 per per day for up to 28 days. For more information about the policy contact us.
In the off chance, that you test positive upon arrival and are not an Israeli citizen, you will be taken by ambulance to a covid isolation facility/hotel. The cost of the transport, the stay at the managed facility as well as any medical care that you might require is at your own expense.
