Scots Hotel in the Holy Land

The 69-room Hotel opened in 2004 and represents one of the newest and most upscale hotels in the region. It is owned by the Church of Scotland and is situated on the site of a historical medical complex.

Background Information

Constructed from a combination of 19^th century basalt rock, the modern hotel comprises a small cluster of buildings and offers guests rooms of an international standard. The property is directly situated across the street from the Sea of Galilee in downtown Tiberias, providing tremendous views to guests from the restaurants as well as some of the guest rooms.

Situated in a secure enclave just off of the city's route 1 thoroughfare.

Guests enjoy direct access to the beach or pool via a paved walkover from the second floor.

•3.      Sea of Galilee and Mountain View rooms (4^th and 5^th floor) supp. Of 40$ per room, per night.

•4.      The "Old Mans" and "Doctor's House" (Antique rooms) supp. 90$-120$ per room per night.

•5.      Weekend supp. (Thursday and Friday and eve. Of holidays) supp. of 60$ per room per night.
