Ein Zivan is located off of road 91 in the eastern Golan Heights. It is a Jewish kibbutz that also happens to be home to a specialty chocolate factory founded by a third generation chocolatier from Argentina that emigrated to Israel several years ago. The chocolate factory, known as De Karina offers wonderful workshops and a movie for those interested in learning about the art of chocolate making.
Visitors can purchase products in the large gift shop or participate in chocolate tastings and workshops.
Ein Zivan is opened Sunday through Thursday from 9 to 5.
