We left Jerusalemtraveling  due east and went down to the lowest place on earth - the Dead Sea, but before we went into the saltiest water on earth we first went up to see the mountain of Masada and learn about the heroic stand taken by a small group of Jews facing the mighty Roman army. Only then we headed towards Ein Gedi's spa to bath in the dead sea and take one of our best flag photos!

Dead Sea

After the busy itinerary we had, relaxing in the Dead Sea wasn't enough so we drove to Moshav Tzofar to rest in a Bedouin camp and enjoy a fancy traditional Bedouin dinner. That night was different from all other nights as we slept under the stars in sleeping bags and had the sun waking us up early in the morning.

We then headed towards the southern tip of Israel - Eilat, the plan was basically to relax and spend as much time as possible on the beach and so we did, some of us even took an intro dive and got under the water. To make it even better we took a sunset cruise on a private boat and enjoyed the beauty of Eilat and its surrounding mountains from the sea point of view, we also enjoyed some great food including Eilat's famous fancy hotel breakfasts and Barbis' burgers which are among the best in Israel!
