-- his eyse and his heart will never depart from this place. So I was pleased to receive an invitation from Elisa Moed to join her and others for a guided night- time walk through the Old City. It was
a warm and beautiful April night and the magnificence of the Old City was accentuated by a visit to the newly renovated Hurva Synagogue and a panaoramic view of the Western Wall and the Mt. of Olives from the roof tops of the Jewish quarter. A delightful surprise allowed us to visit inside the inside of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher as its last visitors for the night. It was privilege and an honor. We concluded our walk with a visit to the Wujoud Museum, an Arab Orthodox ministry designed to help women to help themselves. The very elegant Nora Kort, president of the Arab Orthodox Society gave us a very informative tour of the Museum. All in all it was a great evening and I highly recommend it during your Old City stay, As always Elisa Moed's tours are the best.muiwa
