Living Life Abundantly in the Holy Land Israel as a Professional Basketball Player

Hello how is everyone doing today I am just gonna touch on a few things in my life living in Israel. I won't be long but there is a lot to cover living in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Coming from the hood of Detroit Michigan and then moving to a small Jewish City in Oak Park I did not know what to expect. Oak Park was full of Jewish people and I was like "man who are these folks walking on Friday and Saturday in all black suits?" hahah, never would I have guessed that God was setting me up to live my life in Israel along side Jewish people whom I had the privilege to grow up with.

This is my third season living in Israel and I love it I have traveled and played on every continent except Africa and Antarctica and I must say Israel and Australia are the most beautiful places I have been blessed to live in. Please don't be fooled by the silly sews cast you may hear back at home about bombings and this and that kidnappings all that crap cause its not true. Although it has happened in the past that's really what it is past.

This country has a national crime rate of 2% yes I said it 2 percent I wrote it in two ways so you can see that I am serious. There is virtually no crime here I mean except your petty theft like stealing bread or you everyday stupid stuff but nothing dangerous in this country. It is more dangerous now a days in the states then it is in Israel, especially where i am from in Detroit the Eastside is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more dangerous then any side in Israel.

I know guys who have been here there whole basketball career and I have the privileged to play with a player whom have played here in Israel for 20 years and yes he is from the USA and he loved it so much he met his wife here and had a son and became a Israeli citizen. There are a lot of things to do here it is JUST like the states plenty of beautiful sites to see the Holy Land itself in Jerusalem WOW all I can say is WOW to the place cause it is breath taking I mean as soon as you see where Jesus walked and you walk the path he walked and see where he was washed and laid on the cross it is remarkable and unreal to see how much Jesus sacrificed for us to have abundant living on earth. It is an amazing place to see then you have the dead see with the salt density being so high that no living thing can exist in it but as soon as you get in you automatically float yes I said it float I don't care if you can or cant swim fat or small skinny or tall you will float lol! In my city I currently am playing in and living Haifa we have the beautiful Mt Caramel and I must say at night it is a sight to see very beautiful place where people Christians can go pray very beautiful place.

About 30 minutes from me you have Nazareth where Jesus is from and lived. So many places to see here Bethlehem where Jesus was born I mean amazing places if you are second guess coming here STOP RIGHT NOW and SMACK YOUR SELF cause you need to wake up and come see the Holy Land cause I have been blessed to be here three years and I can't think of a better place in the World to live but where Jesus walked himself. Night life is very great there is always a great club to go too at night to hear current Rap, R/B, hip hop whatever you like they have it here and the Clubs stay packed I am not a big club guy but they stay packed when I go out with my other American friends. Very good restaurants some of the best foods you can eat whatever you want they have it here Big huge movie theaters VIP that means some movies are shown in a special room where the food and drinks are all you can eat and your seats are not your regular movie seats they are Recliner Chairs I must SAY AWESOME!!!!

Everything is within close proximity of everything Israel is only 5 hours long from south to North and that is all beautiful sites from seas to beautiful skies not to mention right now it is 70 to 75 degrees everyday and I know right now some of you are experiencing very bad snow but not meeeeeeeeeeee hahahahahahah!

Hey, you get an opportunity to come here you better take it cause it is every persons dream and Christian especially to come to a place where Jesus sacrificed his life so our sins could be washed away and we can live life in heaven one day.

Come and blessed the Lord with your presence its only a fast 10 hour flight but most of that you will spend watching movies and east or sleeping trust me it is a smooth flight I have been taking it for 3 years now and don't mind coming to a beautiful place like this. Oh and yes everyone speaks English so if you were to get loss which is highly unlikely you will find a friendly face here who will be willing to help you.
