Your reservation is confirmed by the Guesthouse and we hold it for you. To guarantee the reservation you must pay the full amount within 48 hours; otherwise we'll have to cancel it.
Upon receiving your complete payment we'll email you a voucher which you have to present at the Guesthouse on arrival. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
All changes and cancelations shall be done only by a direct email to Travelujah and must receive an email confirmation from Travelujah.
Travelujah charges a $10 per person non refundable booking fee for all reservations made on its website.
Check-in time is generally 13.00 - 14.00; check-out time is generally 12.00 noon; early check-in and late check-out upon request, based on availability.
Charges and Cancellations:
You can pay with almost any of the popular credit cards in the market. The Credit Card details are encrypted for safety by using the secured services of PayPal. The merchant name reflected on your credit card statement will be "Travelujah Ltd.".
Cancellation made more than 4 days prior to check in date, is subject to a fee equal to 1 night stay.
Cancellation made less than 4 days prior to check in date, including no-show, is subject to a fee equal to 2 nights stay.
In case of cancelation or no-show you will be refunded your purchase price, minus the above stated relevant cancelation or no-show fee.
Travelujah accepts no liability for any loss, damage, delay or accident of any kind that may occur due to the negligence of any Company, Guesthouse proprietor or other person responsible for the provision of services.
